ISO 9001:2008 Certification
Titan Telecom is proud of the service we provide to our customers and following an assessment by an independent auditing body we have been awarded British Standard ISO 9001:2008 certification for the fifth year in a row. Recognised world-wide and supported by the Government this certification has only been achieved by about 5% of UK businesses.
Investors in People
Titan Telecom was first recognised as meeting the Investors in People standard by the Investors in People Recognition Panel in October 2009. Titan Telecom was re-accredited to the standard for its Operations Division in October 2013. This accreditation is an internationally respected and recognised mark of best practice in the training, developing and deployment of staff.
Customer Service Excellence
Titan Telecom was further recognised for meeting the Customer Service Excellence standard in 2009 and has maintained the accreditation through yearly assessments. This standard is only awarded to those companies that tests in great depth the areas research has shown are a priority for customers, focusing in particular on delivery, timelines, information, professionalism and staff attitude.
Customer First Standard
In October 2009 Titan Telecom was recognised for meeting the Customer First standard for the first time and was subsequently re-accredited for its Operations Division in October 2013. This is a national standard for customer service and is only awarded to companies who can demonstrate successful customer relationships, keen market awareness and the ability to recruit and develop the best staff for the job.
All of these awards are confirmed by outside experts who are used to judging standards on a daily basis in a wide variety of trades and industries.
